Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive your order within 8 days of dispatch please contact info@gollygosh.co.nz with your order number.
Fabric Order Processing & Shipping
Thank you for choosing our products. As most fabric items are individually printed to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and dispatched.
Production Timeline
Our custom printing process ensures each fabric product is created specifically for you:
- Order confirmation: Immediate upon purchase
- Production begins: Within 1-2 business days
- Printing and quality inspection: 3-5 business days
- Packaging and dispatch: 1-2 business days
Shipping Notifications
You'll receive an email confirmation when:
- Your order is received
- Your order is dispatched with tracking information
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times after the 5-7 business day production period:
- Local deliveries: 1-3 additional business days
- Nationwide deliveries: 2-5 additional business days
- International orders: 7-21 additional business days (subject to customs processing)
Free NZ Shipping
Free tracked courier shipping on all NZ orders over $75.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within 8 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
